I’ve been away, I have had a few days with some very special friends and to celebrate with a special party and I loved every minute, apart from the one when we had to say goodbye. We talked and laughed and eat lovely food and drank fizzy champagne and looked at the view
whilst listening to music from a vintage wind up gramaphone, and as the evening worn on, oil lamps were lit to keep the dark away. perfect.
On coming home, there was a small parcel waiting for me, a gift from my secret fairy! such delights!
Two little tins of tea bags for travellers (very apt) a tiny pot of shea butter, a yummy bar of raspberry chocolate (all gone!) and the most delightful handmade spoon I have ever seen, made from cherry wood with a tiny leaf carved in the handle, really exquisite.
